This speaker was named an Editor's Choice by the Absolute Sound in the early 2000s. These come in a bi-amp/bi-wire configuration and also feature a boundary switch for placement in cabinets or close to other reflective surfaces.
The speakers sound neutral and great (true monitors), and have only minor scuffs, as shown in the pictures. I rate these as very good condition for their age, and they have been well cared for.
Superb dynamics, crisp highs, and tight bass in combination with a very open soundstage, the QBx 20 is rare and highly sought on the used market. [The smaller QBx 15s are currently selling for more than $300 on eBay.]
Snell's reputation was well-known, and a great deal of thought went into the QBx line. This speaker incorporates Snell's Quiet Box technology, which addresses box resonances and reflections in a variety of ways: It uses a baffle design that is actually a triple-laminate sandwich, with a central layer of a high-loss polymer to minimize resonance transfer.

These are hardly used and in excellent condition (see photo). They are perfect for high-quality audio sound from your desktop computer, laptop, or even TV if you have a USB or headphone connection. These sound a lot better and richer than soundbars that cost way more. You can search the internet for full reviews. All original cables, stands, etc. are included for immediate setup. They are powered speakers, so you do not need an amplifier, but you will need an AC power outlet nearby.
