This is a 40-foot shipping container (conex box) that has been modified to be a workshop. Upgrades include: 50amp and 30amp breaker box, AC outlets throughout, ceiling lights, vacuum exhaust for woodworking, and ceiling ventilation. It is currently hooked up to an external grid power source and is ready to disconnect and move. This container was purchased new about 5 years ago. The outside color is a tan/beige color with no branding or logos on it, perfect to blend in with a desert landscape. The workbench’s come with it or can be removed. Asking $4500 which includes moving it to anywhere within an hour of Bisbee.
