Seagull S12 CH CW solid spruce top wild cherry back and sides, maple neck, rosewood fretboard Tusq nut and saddle, Fishman Presys II.Very low action with no buzzes or issues. Action is 1/16th of an inch at the 12th fret so you get the ides. No belly bulge bangs or dings. I love the guitar however I purchased a vintage Guild 12 string. If you want an easy playing and great sounding 12 here it is.Comes with a nice padded gig bag. I put a plastic pickguard on it to protect it but I can easily remove with no damage to the guitar if you like. $375
