Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the apartment community. This includes overseeing on-site staff, resident relations, leasing, marketing, and much more!
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Resident Management: Assist in overseeing the on-site team, ensuring excellent service and strong client retention.
Leasing & Sales: Greet prospective residents, qualify their needs, present apartment features, close the sale, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Resident Services: Handle service requests, ensure timely follow-up, and help maintain a friendly and clean environment.
Administrative Support: Manage lease applications, prepare lease paperwork, process payments, and maintain accurate resident records.
Property Inspections: Conduct physical property inspections, ensuring everything is clean and well-maintained.
Financial & Reporting: Manage rent collections, delinquency follow-ups, and ensure accurate financial records.
Communication & Coordination: Answer calls professionally, assist residents, and liaise with vendors and maintenance teams.
